Pets in Silk

Silk is a pet friendly building but you are required to get approval before introducing a pet to your home.  The following process is to be followed:

• Submit the Pet Application form to strata@whelanproperty.com.au
• Application will be assessed by the Building SC who will provide a response back to the strata manager and this will be formally recorded.
• If you are a tenant then you must seek permission from your landlord prior to submitting a request to keep a pet, this owner approval must be included in your application.

If your pet is approved, ensure you follow the bylaws for the keeping of a pet.
