Three Cardinal rules in evolve*

1.  Thou shalt not park a resident's car in a VISITORS car space.
2.  Thou shalt not hang washing on the balcony in plain sight.
3.  Thou shalt have your dog on a lead at all times when in common areas.

These three rules will be vigorously enforced by the Executive Committee.
