Residents have commented on the proposed revisions to the rules, and the updated draft is here. We will check with our insurer that the revisions do not incur any unforeseen risks, and then the Community Association will make a decision.
Owners are welcome to attend CA Executive Committee meetings, and comment on issues that concern them. The next meeting is Wednesday 13 June.
