Designed by Moore Ruble Yudell and completed in 2000, the four towers (Edgewater, Eventide, Solander and Watercrest) evoke Pyrmont’s old quarries in their extensive use of sandstone.

Screens in the main foyer represent the many natural forms of sugar, and its name recalls the wharf where material (including coal) was offloaded for the refinery.
