Sugarfest, conducted by Australian South Sea Islanders Port Jackson, will be held in Pirrama Park on Australia Day, 26 January. This is a Covid Safe parkland event and all participants must register and BYO food basket, sunscreen, sun hat and refillable water bottle (spring water on site).  Tickets are $20.  A waterproof blanket will be available on grass along with 30 pop up chairs so you may like to take your own seating. There will be music, poetry, traditional dance and speeches so you can learn more about oceanic history and culture.
