With the works on the western side of McCafferys Tower nearing completion, preparations are well underway to start on the eastern side (front). Notifications have been distributed that pressure cleaning, building maintenance and painting will take place over the next 4 weeks; hopefully commencing 3 March.

It is strongly recommended that any items easily damaged are removed from balcony areas. Whereas due care will be taken using black plastic, no responsibility will be accepted for damage caused during this maintenance period.

Residents are reminded that abseilers will be "over the edge" from about 7.30 am each day. Please ensure that you have curtains/blinds closed for privacy reasons.
