Resident Services management (RSM) is provided by Estate Management.
Location: Estate Management office on the lower ground floor at 45 Bowman Street (Distillery building).

RSM work includes:
- Taking tennis court bookings – especially non-resident bookings as they require payment (keys for tennis court bookings are available from Security)
- Booking of moves and deliveries including any payment of bond, guard fee, etc
- Station reservations – emailing confirmations and assisting Security with pre-inspections, taking payment of bond, etc
- Approving applications for Security fobs and air keys, including taking payment
- Taking payment via EFTPOS for all fees related to Station bookings, move deposit bonds, ad hoc guard bookings, fobs and air keys, non-resident tennis bookings, etc.
- Weekly Station inspections
- Account reconciliations
- Reporting urgent repairs and maintenance issues to Estate Management
- Attending meetings with CA and Security and Assets Subcommittees to report on and implement day-to-day issues
- Providing reports for CA committee meetings.
