Revising the rules of the community facilities

Information about Jacksons Landing community facilities, including the rules, is available here.

The purpose of all community facilities is to provide recreational opportunities for Jacksons Landing residents. Priority is given to Jacksons Landing residents and, where appropriate, their guests.

The Community Association Executive Committee reviews these rules from time to time.

The changes in the attached draft are proposed to standardise the rules relating to use of our facilities by Jacksons Landing residents and their guests, and non-resident personal trainers, and to ensure that all personal trainers comply with relevant legislation – eg licences, professional liability insurance, Working With Children Checks.

Jacksons Landing residents are invited to comment on the proposed changes by emailing the convenor of the Assets Subcommittee before Monday 7 May.
