Community Management Statement Update

The Community Management Statement (CMS) is the set of by-laws that govern Jacksons Landing. Now that the estate is complete, the Community Association has reviewed the CMS, to ensure that it is up-to-date and meets our current needs.
After lively discussion at the Community Association General Meeting on Thursday 11 June, a number of amendments were agreed to. The revised CMS will be available on this site as soon as the changes are consolidated into a single document, and registered with Land and Property Information.
Strata committees will also review their own by-laws, for decision at their AGMs later in the year.
