A new company – Manage Meant, with a team led by Michael McCullagh – has taken over managing Jacksons Landing’s assets. The former Lend Lease sales office in Bowman Street has been refitted to accommodate them, together with a small meeting room for committees. A new Resident Services Manager is part of the estate management team. There will be five building managers, including Michael.
Purchase of the new office is complete, and we are about to finalise sale of the old office.
The Community Association has decided to buy MyBos facilities management software to maximize the efficiencies of the building managers, and soon you will see them walking around the estate noting repairs and maintenance requirements on their iPads.
