Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The Community Association is focused on the health, safety and wellbeing of the residents of Jacksons Landing, our contractors and the community.

To assist in minimising the risk of the spread of COVID-19 within our community facilities, the following measures are being implemented:

  • We continue to follow the advice from government health authorities and pass on key information to our contractors, visitors and the residents of Jacksons Landing.
  • We have communicated with the cleaning service provider, Aster, regarding appropriate cleaning measures. Aster will increase the frequency of wiping and disinfecting handrails, door handles, lift buttons, garbage room door handles, handrails etc.
  • They will continue with increased frequency of surface cleaning in common areas.
  • Hand-sanitisation units are provided in our Estate Management office, Security office, the Station and the Glasshouse gym.
  • We are promoting regular and thorough handwashing in shared spaces – eg gyms and common area bathrooms.

To assist us in management of this risk, we ask that you promptly notify Manage Meant (8565 9400) of any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Jacksons Landing so together we can minimise any risks. Manage Meant will pass this information to the relevant building manager.
