Maintaining Your Unit

Estate Management suggests preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment in your unit. This includes:

  • The floor drains in the laundry can dry out and cause odours. Avoid this by pouring water down the grate.
  • The filter in the ceiling vent should be cleaned by vacuuming.
  • Replace batteries in smoke detectors once a year.
