Strata Notices and By-Laws
Each strata in Jacksons Landing is bound by the Community Management Statement, and the Jacksons Landing Architectural and Landscape Standards. In addition, the Elizabeth has its own by-laws and amendments and architectural standards, and a Elizabeth Strata Management Statement and amendments for shared arrangements with the Rum Store.
Of particular interest to owners, or potential owners, is the new by-law for Substantial Construction. Owners planning to undertake such work must comply with the provisions within this by-law. An application form for proposed construction must be completed by the owner and approved by the Strata Committee 30 days before works commence.
