The Community Association is made up of all the residential and commercial lots (strata plans – SPs) in Jacksons Landing. Its by-laws are the Community Management Statement and additional by-laws. The Community Association manages the community property (the Station, the Gatehouse, the Glasshouse pool and gym, the community meeting room, and this website), controls the common architectural standards, administers service contracts and assists in the smooth and efficient functioning of the whole of Jacksons Landing.
