Useful Information About Your Apartment
Visitor Parking
Visitor parking at evolve* is very limited and restricted to a period of 24 hours. Residents must not park in visitor spaces. Residents are able to purchase Visitor Parking Permits from the City of Sydney at a nominal cost for parking in Area 20 spaces in Bank Street and other streets in Pyrmont.
Facilities in the Building
evolve* has a pool, a steam room, a gym and the Bridge Room.
The Bridge Room (named for the Anzac Bridge, not for the card game) is part of the evolve* strata plan, and is only available to residents of evolve* for private non commercial functions . It is booked through the Resident Management Services in the Estate Management Office on 02 8565 9400.
Broken Lift
As there are two lifts, hopefully this will not be a problem. Should you notice that a lift isn’t working please contact the evolve* Building Manager, Jozef Seremet 0438 532 367.
Garbage Collection
Apart from the garbage chute on each level there are two recyclable boxes for paper/cardboard and glass/plastic, these are cleared every day. On the upper parking level near the Guest Parking area is a small room where larger items can be left, this is cleared fortnightly. On the lower parking area there is a green bin for garden refuse. We also try to separate electrical items and coffee pods for recycling.

Furniture / Large Item Delivery
Residents must advise Security on 02 8565 9494 of all large deliveries and arrange to have the lift clad. All deliveries must be via the garage. No large items are to be brought through the foyer.
Please advise your building manager if you are planning and large deliveries or removals i.e. anything that will require 30 minutes or more loading/unloading time.

Owners are entitled to attend and vote at Annual General Meetings and Extraordinary General Meetings of the Owners Corporation (please check your entitlement to vote).
All owners are welcome to attend Executive Committee meetings of the Owners Corporation as observers. Agendas and minutes of meetings can be accessed via secure login to the strata portal.
evolve* By-Laws
Each strata in Jacksons Landing is bound by the Community Management Statement, and the Jacksons Landing Architectural and Landscape Standards. These documents can be found here.
Each strata in Jacksons Landing has its own by-laws, which are a set of rules that owners, tenants and visitors must follow. By-laws cover the behaviour of residents and visitors and the use of common property.
evolve* by-laws were updated in 2023.
